Am a fresher and searching for the job. but whenever i search everyone will ask for experience only not for fresher. what to do am confused. Also one doubt is there, should i firstly work as database developer and then try for administrator?

It is very tough to get Oracle DBA job as fresher. You can get so many tips and ideas from my blogs here and wordpress. Your faculty can provide you more ideas. Yes, you are correct you can start with database developer job profile and after that, you can switch on DBA is a good option.
